Renovating a utility room or gallery in Figueres
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre and Eixample, the utility room is often on the ground floor, next to the garage or in an outbuilding, with pipes running through cold spaces. We lag exposed pipes against frost and run the waste at the right fall to the house drainage.
In areas such as Horta Capallera, Creu de la Mà and Poblenou we run a dedicated circuit for the washer and dryer with its own RCD protection, in line with the REBT. We place sockets away from the sink and tap splashes, and add one more for an iron or a dehumidifier.
The same site manager follows the job from the visit and, at the end, we test the connections and waste and take the debris away. We also cover nearby areas: Vilafant, Vilabertran and Llers.

Frequently asked questions
01Utility room renovation in Figueres: which areas do you cover?
We work in Figueres in areas such as Centre, Eixample, Horta Capallera, Creu de la Mà, Poblenou, Olivar Gran, Marca de l'Ham and Vilatenim, and also nearby: Vilafant, Vilabertran and Llers.
02Can the dryer go on top of the washing machine?
Yes, with a stacking kit or a made-to-measure unit. We check that the floor is level and that the dryer has ventilation or a drain for the condensate.
