Renovating a living room in El Prat de Llobregat: where we start

In flats and houses in areas such as Centre and Eixample Sud the living room is often open to the dining area and the terrace. We organise it with a TV wall that divides the space, ducted air conditioning and lighting that lets each area be used on its own.

For TV walls in areas such as Sant Cosme, Sant Jordi - Ribera Baixa and La Granja we build a plasterboard lining with reinforcement for the bracket, niches for the equipment and conduit from the socket to the screen. No cable is left on show.

While the work is under way we close off the living room with sheeting so dust does not reach the rest of the home, and hand it over clean, ready for the furniture. We renovate living rooms nearby too: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Cornellà de Llobregat and Sant Boi de Llobregat.
