Utility rooms in El Prat de Llobregat: what we tend to find
In open galleries in areas such as Centre and Eixample Sud, salt air corrodes taps, sockets and drying racks. We use taps with a durable outdoor finish, sealed electrical fittings and aluminium or stainless steel airers, and shelter the washing machine from sun and rain.
In areas such as Sant Cosme, Sant Jordi - Ribera Baixa and La Granja we run a dedicated circuit for the washer and dryer with its own RCD protection, in line with the REBT. We place sockets away from the sink and tap splashes, and add one more for an iron or a dehumidifier.
With over 20 years in renovation, we prepare a written quote after seeing the space and leave the utility room clean with everything connected. We work in the surrounding areas too: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Cornellà de Llobregat and Sant Boi de Llobregat.
