Bedrooms in El Prat de Llobregat: what we change most often
In apartments in areas such as Centre and Eixample Sud bedrooms are often tight, with little storage. We solve this with fitted wardrobes with sliding doors and headboards with built-in shelves or sockets.
For bedroom floors in areas such as Sant Cosme, Sant Jordi - Ribera Baixa and La Granja we usually suggest wood or laminate over an underlay that deadens footsteps. We trim the doors if needed and finish with matching skirting boards.
A site manager coordinates the electrician, painter, joiner and floor fitter so the trades do not get in each other's way. We also renovate bedrooms in the surrounding areas: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Cornellà de Llobregat and Sant Boi de Llobregat.

Frequently asked questions
01Bedroom renovation in El Prat de Llobregat: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in El Prat de Llobregat, in areas such as Centre, Eixample Sud, Sant Cosme, Sant Jordi - Ribera Baixa, La Granja, Jardins de la Pau, Les Palmeres and La Barceloneta, and also nearby: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Cornellà de Llobregat and Sant Boi de Llobregat. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can a bathroom be added inside the bedroom?
If there is space and a soil stack nearby, yes. During the visit we check where the waste pipes can run and whether there is enough fall before suggesting it.
03Fitted wardrobe or open walk-in closet?
It depends on the size and shape of the room. A fitted wardrobe uses awkward recesses and keeps dust out; a walk-in closet needs more space but is easier to organise. We show you both options on the plan.
