Drains in El Masnou: what we find under the sinks
Close to the sea, in areas such as Centre and Ocata, beach sand ends up in shower trays and salt air corrodes metal wastes and traps. We fit easy-open gratings and wastes, PVC traps and stainless steel for any visible parts so they do not pit.
For washing machines and dishwashers in flats in areas such as Masnou Alt, Can Targa and Vallmora, we fit a standpipe with its own trap at the right height, so dirty water does not flow back into the machine or overflow as it empties. The sink has a separate trap and an easy-to-remove waste.
With over 20 years in plumbing, we handle the visit, the written quote and the work itself with units and floors protected, and leave everything clean. We also work in nearby areas: Premià de Mar, Alella and Teià.

Frequently asked questions
01Drain replacement in El Masnou: which areas do you cover?
We work in El Masnou in areas such as Centre, Ocata, Masnou Alt, Can Targa, Vallmora, Bellresguard, Santa Madrona and Califòrnia, and also nearby: Premià de Mar, Alella and Teià.
02Is unblocking enough, or does the drain need replacing?
If the pipe is old, has too little fall or is misshapen, the blockage comes back. On the visit we check the section and tell you whether it is worth replacing.
03Does the bathroom floor have to come up?
It depends on where the drain runs. It can often be replaced from the unit or an access panel; if it runs under the floor, we say so in the quote.
