Garages in Cornellà de Llobregat: what we usually find
In areas such as Centre and Riera there are plenty of detached and terraced houses with their own garage, which often doubles as a workshop. We run a new line from the consumer unit for charging and tools, build in a workbench and place sockets at worktop height.
For a charging point in areas such as El Pedró, La Gavarra and Sant Ildefons we run a dedicated line from the consumer unit or meter under ITC-BT-52 of the REBT, with its own RCD and a wall charger. At the visit we measure the cable route and match the power to the house supply.
After the visit we prepare a written quote, item by item, and leave the garage clean and ready to park in again. We cover nearby areas too: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat and Sant Joan Despí.

Frequently asked questions
01Garage renovation in Cornellà de Llobregat: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cornellà de Llobregat, in areas such as Centre, Riera, El Pedró, La Gavarra, Sant Ildefons, Almeda and Fontsanta-Fatjó, and also nearby: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat and Sant Joan Despí. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Which floor stands up best to cars?
An epoxy or polyurethane resin floor over a well-prepared slab: it doesn't create dust, resists oil and cleans with a mop. If the concrete is badly damaged, we repair it first.
03Can a charging point go in a shared residential garage?
Yes. The line usually runs from your own meter to your space, following ITC-BT-52 of the REBT. The residents' association is notified before work starts, and on the visit we plan the cable route.
