Villas and houses in Cornellà de Llobregat: what we usually find
In areas such as Centre and Riera there are terraced houses and villas from the 1970s to the 1990s with little insulation, an old boiler and a tiled roof starting to cause trouble. We check the roof, façade and heating before planning the interior.
In multi-storey houses in areas such as El Pedró, La Gavarra and Sant Ildefons we plan the layout by level: living areas downstairs, bedrooms upstairs and, where possible, a bathroom on each floor. Sometimes we also rebuild the staircase so it is easier and safer to use.
With more than 20 years of experience in detached houses, we identify the priorities on the visit and set them out in a detailed written quote. We also cover nearby areas: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat and Sant Joan Despí.

Frequently asked questions
01Villa renovation in Cornellà de Llobregat: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cornellà de Llobregat, in areas such as Centre, Riera, El Pedró, La Gavarra, Sant Ildefons, Almeda and Fontsanta-Fatjó, and also nearby: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat and Sant Joan Despí. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the inside and outside be renovated at the same time?
Yes, and it usually makes sense. We seal the roof and façade first and then work indoors, so neither rain nor dust affects what is already finished.
03Is it worth switching to a heat pump or underfloor heating?
It depends on the insulation and how the house is used. We check both during the visit and suggest the combination that makes sense, so the investment shows in everyday comfort.
