From old bathroom to new: what we do

In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Corbera de Baix and Corbera de Dalt we often renovate more than one bathroom at once, sometimes on different floors. Where winters are cold we suggest electric underfloor heating or a towel radiator, and check the insulation on pipes running through outside walls.

In bathrooms in areas such as Bonrepòs, Ca n'Armengol and Can Planes we focus on what gets used most: a tray falling to the drain, a screen that does not drip when opened, a WC with a concealed or exposed cistern and a vanity unit that leaves the floor clear.
