Utility rooms, bathrooms and garages: the heater in the right place
In areas such as Corbera de Baix and Corbera de Dalt, houses and terraced homes often keep the heater in an unheated garage, basement or storeroom. Where winters are cold we insulate exposed pipes and move the unit closer to the bathrooms so hot water arrives sooner.
In houses and premises in areas such as Bonrepòs, Ca n'Armengol and Can Planes, we feed the heater from its own circuit in the consumer unit, with a dedicated breaker and RCD and the cable size required by the REBT. First we check that the contracted power can take the load.
On the visit we look at the location, the wall, the water and the wiring, and give you a detailed written quote; when we finish we take the old heater away. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Andreu de la Barca, Castellbisbal and Cervelló.
