Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In 1960s to 1980s flats in areas such as Corbera de Baix and Corbera de Dalt, the original consumer unit is not ready for a system of this size. We run a dedicated circuit to REBT standards and check with you whether the contracted power needs adjusting.
In areas such as Bonrepòs, Ca n'Armengol and Can Planes, condensate from several indoor units has to drain without drips. We run each drain with a fall to the waste system or to a quiet pump and, at the end, test every room separately in cooling and heating.
We walk through the home at the visit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything tidy. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Andreu de la Barca, Castellbisbal and Cervelló.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Corbera de Llobregat: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Corbera de Llobregat, in areas such as Corbera de Baix, Corbera de Dalt, Bonrepòs, Ca n'Armengol, Can Planes, Les Parretes, Santa Maria de l'Avall and Can Coll, and also nearby: Sant Andreu de la Barca, Castellbisbal and Cervelló. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
