Heat pumps in flats and houses: what we assess locally
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Corbera de Baix and Corbera de Dalt, we often replace an oil boiler and its fuel tank. We remove both, reuse the radiator circuit if it is suitable and place the heat pump in the patio or garden.
In areas such as Bonrepòs, Ca n'Armengol and Can Planes, a heat pump needs its own electrical circuit from the consumer unit. We run it to REBT standards, protect the unit with its own breaker and RCD, and review the contracted power with you before start-up.
At the visit we look at the boiler, emitters and insulation and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the plumbing and electrical work. We also work in nearby areas: Sant Andreu de la Barca, Castellbisbal and Cervelló.

Frequently asked questions
01Air-source heat pump installation in Corbera de Llobregat: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Corbera de Llobregat, in areas such as Corbera de Baix, Corbera de Dalt, Bonrepòs, Ca n'Armengol, Can Planes, Les Parretes, Santa Maria de l'Avall and Can Coll, and also nearby: Sant Andreu de la Barca, Castellbisbal and Cervelló. 02Will my current radiators work with a heat pump?
It depends on their size and on the insulation. A heat pump runs at a lower temperature than a boiler, so at the visit we check whether the radiators give enough heat or some should be replaced.
03Can a heat pump be installed in a flat?
Yes, if there is a terrace, a large balcony or a roof for the outdoor unit and room for the hot water cylinder. We assess it at the visit.
04What happens to the old boiler?
We disconnect and remove it, and leave the water connections ready for the new system.
