Replacing drains in Cerdanyola del Vallès without lifting more than needed
In houses and terraced homes in areas such as Centre, Serraparera and Fontetes, the drains drop to the garage or basement and leave to an outside chamber. Where winters are cold we protect runs through unheated spaces and leave rodding points at every change of direction.
When the shower waste runs under the floor, as in many bathrooms in areas such as Banús, Turonet and Guiera, we open only the strip we need, replace the run with its fall towards the stack and reinstate the floor. Before closing up we run water for a good while and check every joint.
One of our plumbers visits the home, finds what is causing the blockages and leaves you a detailed written quote; when we finish, not a scrap of old pipe is left behind. We also cover nearby areas: Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Ripollet.

Frequently asked questions
01Drain replacement in Cerdanyola del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cerdanyola del Vallès, in areas such as Centre, Serraparera, Fontetes, Canaletes, Banús, Turonet, Guiera and Can Xarau, and also nearby: Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Ripollet. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Is unblocking enough, or does the drain need replacing?
If the pipe is old, has too little fall or is misshapen, the blockage comes back. On the visit we check the section and tell you whether it is worth replacing.
03Does the bathroom floor have to come up?
It depends on where the drain runs. It can often be replaced from the unit or an access panel; if it runs under the floor, we say so in the quote.
