Renovating a small flat in Cerdanyola del Vallès: what we usually suggest
In areas such as Centre, Serraparera and Fontetes there are compact flats as well as ground-floor homes and loft rooms in older houses, each with its own limits. We measure heights, windows and soil stacks to decide where the kitchen and bathroom go and how much storage fits.
When we move the kitchen or bathroom in flats in areas such as Banús, Turonet and Guiera, we first check the fall to the soil stack and where the extractor can vent. Sockets and outlets are placed to suit the final furniture layout, not the old installation.
We measure the flat on the visit, show you options on the plan and prepare a detailed written quote; the site manager coordinates everything through to handover. We also renovate flats nearby: Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Ripollet.

Frequently asked questions
01Small flat renovation in Cerdanyola del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cerdanyola del Vallès, in areas such as Centre, Serraparera, Fontetes, Canaletes, Banús, Turonet, Guiera and Can Xarau, and also nearby: Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Ripollet. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the kitchen be opened up to the living room in a small flat?
Usually, yes. We check whether the wall is load-bearing, where the cooker hood can vent and where the outlets go, then propose an open kitchen that does not crowd the living area.
03What makes a small flat feel bigger?
One continuous floor with no changes between rooms, sliding doors, light colours, recessed lighting and made-to-measure wardrobes that reach the ceiling.
