Renovating a utility room or gallery in Cerdanyola del Vallès
We insulate exposed pipes so they do not freeze and run the waste with a good fall to the house drainage: in houses the utility room is usually on the ground floor, next to the garage or in an annex (typical in areas such as Centre, Serraparera and Fontetes).
We deal with steam in the utility room using a vent or a humidistat-controlled extractor. A vented dryer gets its hose taken outside; a condenser dryer is connected to the waste so the tank never needs emptying by hand.
We visit the utility room, measure where the appliances fit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the plumber and electrician. We also renovate utility rooms in nearby areas: Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Ripollet.

We do this work in Cerdanyola del Vallès, in areas such as Centre, Serraparera, Fontetes, Canaletes, Banús, Turonet, Guiera and Can Xarau, and also nearby: Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Ripollet. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.

Yes, with a stacking kit or a made-to-measure unit. We check that the floor is level and that the dryer has ventilation or a drain for the condensate.

In many buildings, yes, with an enclosure that matches the façade. Before starting we check what the residents' association and local planning rules allow, and explain it on the visit.
