What changes when we renovate a bathroom in Cerdanyola del Vallès
In detached and terraced houses in areas such as Centre, Serraparera and Fontetes we often renovate more than one bathroom at once, sometimes on different floors. Where winters are cold we suggest electric underfloor heating or a towel radiator, and check the insulation on pipes running through outside walls.
In bathrooms in areas such as Banús, Turonet and Guiera we focus on what gets used most: a tray falling to the drain, a screen that does not drip when opened, a WC with a concealed or exposed cistern and a vanity unit that leaves the floor clear. Before handover we fill the basin and tray to check they drain well and no joint leaks.
We come to see the bathroom, note what you want and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates each trade and we leave your home clean at the end. We also renovate bathrooms in nearby areas: Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Ripollet.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete bathroom renovation in Cerdanyola del Vallès: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cerdanyola del Vallès, in areas such as Centre, Serraparera, Fontetes, Canaletes, Banús, Turonet, Guiera and Can Xarau, and also nearby: Sabadell, Sant Cugat del Vallès and Ripollet. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Do the pipes need replacing when I renovate the bathroom?
We almost always recommend it: with the tiles already off, renewing supply and waste pipes avoids opening the wall again later for a leak in old pipework.
03Can the toilet or shower be moved?
Yes, as long as the waste pipe can reach the soil stack with enough fall. During the visit we check the route and tell you which layout changes are feasible.
04Can I choose the tiles and sanitaryware myself?
Of course. We advise on sizes and formats so everything fits, and the quote lists labour and materials separately.
