Thermostatic, concealed or mixer: what we look at
In second homes in areas such as Nucli antic, Puig Mercadal and Castelló Nou, cartridges stick and washers dry out after months of disuse. When we change the taps we give each one its own isolating valve, so every outlet can be shut off separately.
In kitchens and bathrooms in areas such as Port Grec, Gran Reserva and Salins, we tighten each connection with the right spanner and a new washer, without excess PTFE tape or forced threads. Finally we clear debris from the aerator and run the tap fully hot and cold.
