Renovating a living room in Castelldefels: where we start

In flats and houses in areas such as Centre, El Castell – Poble Vell and Muntanyeta the living room is often open to the dining area and the terrace. We organise it with a TV wall that divides the space, ducted air conditioning and lighting that lets each area be used on its own.

When we join the living room and kitchen in areas such as Montmar, Bellamar and Les Botigues we bring the floor levels together so a continuous surface can be laid without trims, and we treat the joint with the old wall so no cracks appear once painted.
