Fitting a kitchen in Cassà de la Selva: what we check first
In 1960s to 80s flats in areas such as Mas Cubell and Mas Prat the water supply, waste and sockets hardly ever line up with the new kitchen plan. Before fitting we mark where they fall and, if needed, the plumber or electrician moves them.
On kitchens we fit in areas such as Llebrers de Dalt, Llebrers de Baix and Matamala we start with a laser level line at base-unit height and another for the wall units. The tall unit or corner goes in first to set the position of the rest, and units are joined together before being fixed.
More than 20 years fitting kitchens means we spot problems on the visit; the quote comes in writing and a site manager coordinates fitter, plumber and electrician. We also cover nearby areas: Santa Cristina d'Aro, Llagostera and Caldes de Malavella.
