Drains in Cardedeu: what we find under the sinks
In areas such as La Creu, La Riera and El Poble-sec, we see many kitchens and bathrooms renovated in stages, with drains patched together in different materials and too many bends. We redo the whole run with fewer turns and a steady fall, so water never sits in any section.
For washing machines and dishwashers in flats in areas such as L'Estalvi and La Granada, we fit a standpipe with its own trap at the right height, so dirty water does not flow back into the machine or overflow as it empties. The sink has a separate trap and an easy-to-remove waste.
One of our plumbers visits the home, finds what is causing the blockages and leaves you a detailed written quote; when we finish, not a scrap of old pipe is left behind. We also cover nearby areas: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Drain replacement in Cardedeu: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cardedeu, in areas such as La Creu, La Riera, El Poble-sec, L'Estalvi, La Granada, Bellavista, Les Canyes and Can Corbella, and also nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Is unblocking enough, or does the drain need replacing?
If the pipe is old, has too little fall or is misshapen, the blockage comes back. On the visit we check the section and tell you whether it is worth replacing.
03Does the bathroom floor have to come up?
It depends on where the drain runs. It can often be replaced from the unit or an access panel; if it runs under the floor, we say so in the quote.
