Bathroom renovation in Cardedeu: what we usually find
In areas such as La Creu, La Riera and El Poble-sec 1970s flats sit alongside family houses, and in both the bathroom is the room that ages fastest: damp ceilings, dripping cisterns and stopcocks that will not close. A renovation is a good moment to fit new isolation valves and a properly sized water heater.
On bathroom jobs in areas such as L'Estalvi and La Granada we also renew the electrics: a dedicated circuit, sealed light fittings over the shower and sockets kept clear of water in line with the REBT. We fit an extractor fan ducted to the shaft or to the outside wall to clear the steam.
We come to see the bathroom, note what you want and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates each trade and we leave your home clean at the end. We also renovate bathrooms in nearby areas: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Complete bathroom renovation in Cardedeu: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cardedeu, in areas such as La Creu, La Riera, El Poble-sec, L'Estalvi, La Granada, Bellavista, Les Canyes and Can Corbella, and also nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Do the pipes need replacing when I renovate the bathroom?
We almost always recommend it: with the tiles already off, renewing supply and waste pipes avoids opening the wall again later for a leak in old pipework.
03Can the toilet or shower be moved?
Yes, as long as the waste pipe can reach the soil stack with enough fall. During the visit we check the route and tell you which layout changes are feasible.
04Can I choose the tiles and sanitaryware myself?
Of course. We advise on sizes and formats so everything fits, and the quote lists labour and materials separately.
