Painting walls in Cardedeu: what we usually find
In areas such as La Creu, La Riera and El Poble-sec, town-centre flats with decades of built-up paint sit alongside houses on the outskirts with new plaster or plasterboard walls. Each surface needs its own preparation: scraping and sealing the old, or priming the new so the paint takes evenly.
For kitchens, hallways and children's rooms in homes in areas such as L'Estalvi and La Granada we recommend washable or satin emulsion that stands up to knocks and cleaning. In living rooms and bedrooms we usually apply a high-opacity matt, which hides imperfections better.
After the visit you receive a detailed written quote, room by room, and a site manager coordinates the team. We also paint homes in nearby areas: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Interior wall painting in Cardedeu: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cardedeu, in areas such as La Creu, La Riera, El Poble-sec, L'Estalvi, La Granada, Bellavista, Les Canyes and Can Corbella, and also nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Do I need to empty the rooms before painting?
Not completely. We move furniture to the centre, cover it with plastic sheeting and paint room by room. It is a good idea to put away fragile items and pictures first.
03Which paint do you recommend for kitchens, bathrooms or hallways?
In areas with steam or frequent knocks we use washable or satin emulsion that stands up to regular cleaning. Bedrooms and living rooms usually only need a matt finish.
04Can you paint over old paint?
Yes, if it is well bonded. If it flakes when scraped or is an oil-based gloss, we sand it first or apply a bonding primer.
