High-level glazing in Cardedeu: the dirt we find
In areas such as La Creu, La Riera and El Poble-sec, where winters are cold, we don't clean in frost or with dew on the glass, since the water freezes on the surface. Many residents' associations book it for late spring, once the worst of the pollen has passed.
For post-construction cleans in areas such as L'Estalvi and La Granada we remove cement, silicone and paint residue with glass scrapers and specific products. We take extra care on toughened glass, and if a mark can't come off without damaging it, we tell you before carrying on.
We visit the building, check the roof and access and give you a detailed written quote; when we finish we remove the cordon and leave the area clean. We also work in nearby areas: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01High-level window cleaning in Cardedeu: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cardedeu, in areas such as La Creu, La Riera, El Poble-sec, L'Estalvi, La Granada, Bellavista, Les Canyes and Can Corbella, and also nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès. 02Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We agree the frequency with you depending on the location and how quickly dirt builds up, and set it out in the quote so you do not need to ask each time.
03Do residents need to be at home?
No. We work from outside, suspended from the roof, so there is no need to enter the flats. We only ask for windows in the area we are working on to stay closed.
04What about cement or paint splashes?
We remove them with scrapers and glass-specific products, taking care not to scratch the glass. If a mark cannot be removed without damaging it, we tell you beforehand.
