Pigeons on the façade in Cardedeu: where they settle and how we stop them
In areas such as La Creu, La Riera and El Poble-sec, town-centre blocks with signs, canopies and cornices sit alongside warehouses and premises on the outskirts with exposed trusses and beams. We choose spikes, wires or netting according to the perch and the size of the gap to close.
Netting in areas such as L'Estalvi and La Granada is mounted on a tensioned steel perimeter cable anchored to the building at short intervals. We use pigeon-gauge mesh in a neutral colour and leave zips or removable sections wherever access is needed for checks.
We visit the building, see where pigeons perch and nest and give you a detailed written quote; when we finish we clear away all debris. We also work in nearby areas: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Pigeon deterrent installation in Cardedeu: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cardedeu, in areas such as La Creu, La Riera, El Poble-sec, L'Estalvi, La Granada, Bellavista, Les Canyes and Can Corbella, and also nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Do these systems hurt the pigeons?
No. Spikes, netting and wires are deterrents: they stop birds landing or nesting but do not injure them. The pigeons simply move elsewhere.
03What happens to existing nests?
We remove them before fitting, along with the droppings, and disinfect the area. If there are chicks, we assess it during the visit to choose the right moment.
04Can they be seen from the street?
Barely. We use steel spikes, neutral-coloured netting and fine wires, placed along the lines of the façade so they go unnoticed.
