Fitted wardrobes in Cardedeu: what we look at in the space
In areas such as La Creu, La Riera and El Poble-sec, where winters are cold and there are plenty of heavy coats, a wardrobe needs long rails and deep top storage. We check there is around 60 cm of depth for hangers and, if not, fit pull-out rails.
Where there is no alcove, in homes in areas such as L'Estalvi and La Granada we build a plasterboard partition on a stud frame to enclose the wardrobe up to the ceiling. We leave a route for the interior lighting and paint it to match the room.
On the visit we measure the space and talk about what you store; from that we prepare a detailed written quote with the layout. At the end we clear the packaging and vacuum. We also work nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Fitted wardrobe installation in Cardedeu: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Cardedeu, in areas such as La Creu, La Riera, El Poble-sec, L'Estalvi, La Granada, Bellavista, Les Canyes and Can Corbella, and also nearby: Les Franqueses del Vallès, La Roca del Vallès and Llinars del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Sliding or hinged doors?
Sliding doors need no room to open and suit tighter bedrooms. Hinged doors show the whole interior at once and blend more neatly into the wall.
03Can a fitted wardrobe go where there is no alcove?
Yes. We build the recess with a plasterboard partition or by closing off a corner, then fit the wardrobe inside. We plan it during the visit around the bedroom layout.
04How deep does a fitted wardrobe need to be?
Around 60 cm to hang clothes comfortably. With less depth, pull-out front rails work, or the wardrobe can be given over to shelving.
