A tidy, well-lit entrance in Canet de Mar
In beach flats the entrance takes sand, wet towels and folding chairs. We suggest porcelain tiles that mop clean easily, a bench for taking shoes off and a ventilated wardrobe so damp clothes do not start to smell (especially in El Castellet and El Bosquet).
Lighting transforms an entrance: we fit recessed downlights or a wall light switched by the door, sometimes with a motion sensor. At the same time we move the doorbell, video entryphone and sockets and hide the cabling.
With over 20 years of experience, we run the hall renovation from the first visit to the final clean, with a detailed written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Arenys de Mar, Sant Pol de Mar and Arenys de Munt.

Frequently asked questions
01Entrance hall renovation in Canet de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Canet de Mar, in areas such as El Castellet, El Bosquet, Can Baltasar and Can Feliu, and also nearby: Arenys de Mar, Sant Pol de Mar and Arenys de Munt. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the entrance hall be opened up to the living room?
Yes, if the partition is not load-bearing. During the visit we check the structure and any services running through it, and suggest opening it fully or with an archway or glazed screen.
03Which floor works best by the front door?
One that copes with grit, wet shoes and scuffs: porcelain tiles or high-resistance laminate. We take care of the transition with the rest of the flooring so there are no steps.
04Will a wardrobe fit in a narrow hall?
Often, yes: a shallow shoe unit, sliding doors or a wall-hung cabinet that keeps the floor clear. We design it to fit the space exactly.
