How we replace toilets, basins and bidets in Canet de Mar
In second homes in areas such as El Castellet and El Bosquet, traps dry out after months without use and drain smells rise into the bathroom. When we replace the sanitaryware we check traps and wastes, and seal the bases with anti-mould sanitary silicone made for humid rooms.
When fitting toilets and bidets in flats in areas such as Can Baltasar and Can Feliu, we level the unit on the floor, fix it with stainless screws and seal only the visible edge. That way, if the base ever leaks, you see it at once instead of it staying hidden.
After the visit you receive a written quote listing each unit and connection, and we take the old sanitaryware away. We also work nearby: Arenys de Mar, Sant Pol de Mar and Arenys de Munt.

Frequently asked questions
01Sanitaryware installation in Canet de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Canet de Mar, in areas such as El Castellet, El Bosquet, Can Baltasar and Can Feliu, and also nearby: Arenys de Mar, Sant Pol de Mar and Arenys de Munt. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Will a new toilet fit my existing waste?
It depends on whether the outlet is vertical or horizontal and how far it sits from the wall. We check this on the visit so you choose a compatible model.
03Can I buy the sanitaryware myself?
Yes. We tell you which measurements to check before buying and fit everything with the connections it needs.
04Can the bidet be removed to free up space?
Yes. We cap off the supply and waste, make good the floor or tiles, and the space is free for a vanity unit or a wider shower.
