Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In second homes and holiday flats in areas such as Capaspre and Les Roques, a multi-split lets you run only the rooms in use. We suggest Wi-Fi control to get the house ready before you arrive and a dehumidifying mode for humid summers.
In the multi-splits we fit in areas such as Dalt de Calella, Sant Quirze and Valldengulí, each indoor unit has its own pair of insulated copper pipes back to the outdoor unit. We label every line at both ends so connections are never crossed, and pressure-test with nitrogen.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Pineda de Mar, Sant Pol de Mar and Sant Cebrià de Vallalta.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Calella: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Calella, in areas such as Capaspre, Les Roques, Dalt de Calella, Sant Quirze, Valldengulí and Quilòmetre Tres, and also nearby: Pineda de Mar, Sant Pol de Mar and Sant Cebrià de Vallalta. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
