What changes in a properly converted basement
Developments in areas such as Can Segarra, Sant Sebastià and Domènec have many houses on sloping plots with a semi-basement: one wall is buried and takes water from the hillside. On that wall we reinforce the internal waterproofing and leave a drainage cavity behind the finish.
