Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
In houses on residential estates in areas such as Can Segarra, Sant Sebastià and Domènec, with a ground and an upper floor, we sometimes plan two multi-splits instead of one. Each floor gets its own outdoor unit, pipe runs are shorter and output is shared out better.
In flats in areas such as Agell de Dalt, Agell de Baix and Pla de l'Avellà, not every room needs the same unit: a ceiling cassette may suit the living room, wall splits the bedrooms and a low console the loft. All of them connect to the same outdoor unit.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Argentona, Cabrils and Vilassar de Mar.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Cabrera de Mar: which areas do you cover?
We work in Cabrera de Mar in areas such as Can Segarra, Sant Sebastià, Domènec, La Creueta, Sant Joan d'Amunt, Santa Marta, Agell de Dalt and Agell de Baix, and also nearby: Argentona, Cabrils and Vilassar de Mar.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
