Small bathrooms in Blanes: how we gain space
Near the sea, in areas such as Nucli Antic, S'Auguer and La Maçaneda, the bathroom gets heavy use after the beach, and sand and salt air take their toll on taps and drains. We suggest an easy-clean linear drain, corrosion-resistant taps and a screen without a bottom track.
To add storage to bathrooms in areas such as S'Abanell, Els Pins and La Plantera we form niches in the shower partition and choose a wall-hung vanity with drawers. The mirror can be a shallow recessed cabinet with built-in lighting.
A site manager coordinates the plumber, tiler and electrician; we protect hallways and access routes, and the bathroom is left clean at the end. We also cover nearby areas: Lloret de Mar, Tordera and Malgrat de Mar.

Frequently asked questions
01Small bathroom renovation in Blanes: which areas do you cover?
We work in Blanes in areas such as Nucli Antic, S'Auguer, La Maçaneda, La Carbonera, S'Abanell, Els Pins, La Plantera and Sant Joan, and also nearby: Lloret de Mar, Tordera and Malgrat de Mar.
02Can a comfortable shower fit in a very narrow bathroom?
Usually, yes. A made-to-measure tray and a fixed glass panel with no door use the full width; the main constraint is where the soil stack is.
03Which tiles make a bathroom look bigger?
Light colours, large formats with few grout lines and the same material on floor and walls all help. Keep mosaic to a single feature wall.
