Multi-split in Blanes: how we place the units
In second homes and holiday flats in areas such as Nucli Antic, S'Auguer and La Maçaneda, a multi-split lets you run only the rooms in use. We suggest Wi-Fi control to get the house ready before you arrive and a dehumidifying mode for humid summers.
In flats in areas such as S'Abanell, Els Pins and La Plantera, not every room needs the same unit: a ceiling cassette may suit the living room, wall splits the bedrooms and a low console the loft. All of them connect to the same outdoor unit.
With over 20 years in renovation and installations, we plan the multi-split with you, quote in writing and work with floors and furniture covered. Nearby areas we also cover: Lloret de Mar, Tordera and Malgrat de Mar.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Blanes: which areas do you cover?
We work in Blanes in areas such as Nucli Antic, S'Auguer, La Maçaneda, La Carbonera, S'Abanell, Els Pins, La Plantera and Sant Joan, and also nearby: Lloret de Mar, Tordera and Malgrat de Mar.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
