What changes in a properly converted basement
Near the sea, in areas such as Nucli antic, Les Arenes and Mas d'en Pinc, the ground holds a lot of water and basements in houses and blocks take it in after heavy rain. So as well as waterproofing from inside, we often fit a perimeter channel that carries the water to a sump with a pump.
