What we sort out first in a studio flat
In areas such as Nucli antic, Les Arenes and Mas d'en Pinc there are many beach studios used seasonally or let out. We choose finishes that stand up to damp and heavy use, and a shower room with a strong extractor so steam does not linger in the single space.
For studios in areas such as Sa Riera, Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna we fit the kitchen along a single wall, with integrated appliances and a hood ducted outside or into the building's flue, so cooking smells stay away from the bed.
We visit the studio, look at the windows, flue and waste pipes, and give you a detailed written quote. We also work in nearby areas: Palafrugell, Pals and Regencós.

Frequently asked questions
01Studio flat renovation in Begur: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Begur, in areas such as Nucli antic, Les Arenes, Mas d'en Pinc, Esclanyà, Sa Riera, Aiguafreda, Sa Tuna and Aiguablava, and also nearby: Palafrugell, Pals and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the bed be screened off without losing light?
Yes. We use glass partitions, slatted screens or a half-height unit that marks out the sleeping area and still lets the window light through.
03How do you stop cooking smells reaching the bed?
With a properly sized hood that vents outside or into the building's flue and, where the layout allows, cross ventilation.
