What we look at before renovating a dining room
In beach apartments in areas such as Nucli antic, Les Arenes and Mas d'en Pinc the dining area shares the living room and fills with guests in summer. A bench along the wall adds seats without blocking the way, and drawers under the seat hold tablecloths and towels.
For dining rooms in areas such as Sa Riera, Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna we build fitted benches in masonry or joinery with drawers under the seat, at the right height for the table and with a comfortable back.
On the visit we measure the room and the table, see how many people sit down to eat and give you a detailed written quote. We also work in nearby areas: Palafrugell, Pals and Regencós.

Frequently asked questions
01Dining room renovation in Begur: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Begur, in areas such as Nucli antic, Les Arenes, Mas d'en Pinc, Esclanyà, Sa Riera, Aiguafreda, Sa Tuna and Aiguablava, and also nearby: Palafrugell, Pals and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can the ceiling light be moved to sit over the centre of the table?
Yes. We run it across the ceiling in a chase or inside a false ceiling and leave the connection box right above the centre of the table.
03How can echo be reduced in a dining room?
With surfaces that absorb sound: wooden panelling, fabric panels, curtains or a false ceiling with acoustic board. We choose what suits the style of the room.
