What we check on a façade before painting it

On façades in areas such as Sa Riera, Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna we hand-finish mouldings, cornices, eaves and balcony edges, and sand and coat railings and grilles with anti-rust enamel. Large sections are rollered in two cross coats.
