What we check before lifting the floor
Near the sea, in areas such as Nucli antic, Les Arenes and Mas d'en Pinc, underfloor heating on a heat pump can also cool in summer. With humid air the dew point has to be watched, so we add a sensor that prevents condensation on the floor.
Each circuit in houses in areas such as Sa Riera, Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna runs from and back to the manifold with no joints under the floor. The flow meters let us balance them so a small bathroom and a large living room reach the same temperature.
