Multi-split in flats and houses: what we plan locally
Near the sea, in areas such as Nucli antic, Les Arenes and Mas d'en Pinc, a single outdoor unit means less equipment exposed to salty air. We choose units with anti-corrosion protection, stainless fixings and a position sheltered from the sea wind.
In the multi-splits we fit in areas such as Sa Riera, Aiguafreda and Sa Tuna, each indoor unit has its own pair of insulated copper pipes back to the outdoor unit. We label every line at both ends so connections are never crossed, and pressure-test with nitrogen.
We walk through the home at the visit and give you a detailed written quote; a site manager coordinates the installation and we leave everything tidy. We also work in nearby areas: Palafrugell, Pals and Regencós.

Frequently asked questions
01Multi-split air conditioning installation in Begur: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Begur, in areas such as Nucli antic, Les Arenes, Mas d'en Pinc, Esclanyà, Sa Riera, Aiguafreda, Sa Tuna and Aiguablava, and also nearby: Palafrugell, Pals and Regencós. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02What is the difference between a multi-split and several split units?
With a multi-split, one outdoor unit serves several indoor units, so it takes up less space on the façade or terrace. Separate split units give more independence if one of them breaks down.
03Can I run just one room?
Yes. Each indoor unit has its own remote and temperature setting, and the outdoor unit adjusts its output to the rooms that are switched on.
04How far away can the outdoor unit be?
Each manufacturer sets a maximum pipe length per unit and in total. At the visit we measure the routes and choose a system that stays comfortably within them.
