Output per room
Number of sections or panel size based on the heat each room needs.

Draining and removal

-
New radiators
Aluminium, steel or a towel rail for the bathroom, level and firmly fixed.

Thermostatic valves
So you can control each room separately and avoid overheating.

We adjust pipes and elbows if the distance between tappings changes.
-
Refilling and bleeding
System back under pressure, with no air and no leaks at any joint.
What we calculate before replacing a radiator
Where a building has communal heating, as some do in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta, replacing a radiator means draining a riser shared by several flats. We arrange it with the property manager and the community, ideally outside the heating season, and do it in a single shut-down.
New radiators rarely have the same pipe centres as the old ones. In flats in areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni, we adapt the pipework with transition fittings or choose models that fit, so we don't chase walls unless we have to.
A site manager organises draining, fitting and commissioning, and when we finish we take the old radiators away and leave the rooms clean. We also work nearby: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

Frequently asked questions
01Radiator replacement in Barcelona: which areas do you cover?
We do this work in Barcelona, in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic, La Barceloneta, Sant Pere, Santa Caterina i la Ribera, La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni, and also nearby: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat and Sant Cugat del Vallès. Before starting we visit the property and prepare a detailed written quote.
02Can I replace the radiators without changing the boiler?
Yes. If the boiler works well, we only change the radiators and adapt the connections. We do check that the total output matches what the boiler can deliver.
03Which radiators work with a heat pump?
Low-temperature models or larger ones, because a heat pump sends cooler water around the system. At the visit we size each one.
04Does the wall need opening up?
Usually not: we reuse the existing connections. We only open the wall if a radiator moves or the new one has a different distance between tappings.
