What we change in a living room before the furniture goes in
Renovating a living room in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta means carrying plasterboard, flooring and tiles up narrow stairs and into small lifts. We order formats that fit, protect the entrance and landing, and keep noisy work to the hours set by the community of owners.
For TV walls in areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni we build a plasterboard lining with reinforcement for the bracket, niches for the equipment and conduit from the socket to the screen. No cable is left on show.
