What we look at when renovating a flat
Renovating a flat in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta means working alongside the neighbours: shared stairs, light wells and communal downpipes. We protect the entrance and lift, notify the residents' association before starting and work within the hours its rules set.
