What we check before renovating a kitchen
Renovating a kitchen in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta means carrying units and worktop up narrow stairs and into small lifts. We measure the entrance and landings before ordering anything, split the worktop if it won't fit in one piece and keep to the building's working hours.
In areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni we wire kitchens with separate circuits for oven, hob and dishwasher, to REBT, and place worktop sockets where they will actually be used. Under the wall units we leave LED lighting ready to connect.

Often, yes. The waste pipe decides it: it needs a fall to the soil stack and, over a long distance, the floor has to be raised. We check this during the visit.

We start from your measurements and the way you cook. We propose where the sink, hob and fridge go, and set it out in the quote before work begins.
04Can I switch from gas to an induction hob?
Yes. We cap the gas point in the kitchen and run a dedicated electrical line for the hob, sized to the REBT and your contracted power.
