Floor, door, lighting and charging, in order
In the shared car parks of areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta, decades-old concrete floors give off dust and collect oil stains. If the residents' association decides to renew them, we organise the work in sections so some of the bays are always available.
For the door, in areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni we choose sectional, up-and-over or roller according to the headroom and ceiling space. We fit a motor with remote, a safety photocell and a manual release to open during a power cut, and adjust the tracks and springs.
With over 20 years of experience, we start with the electrics, leave the resin floor for the final stage and hand over a clean garage with the door and charger tested. We also work in the surrounding areas: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat and Sant Cugat del Vallès.

02Which floor stands up best to cars?
An epoxy or polyurethane resin floor over a well-prepared slab: it doesn't create dust, resists oil and cleans with a mop. If the concrete is badly damaged, we repair it first.
03Can a charging point go in a shared residential garage?
Yes. The line usually runs from your own meter to your space, following ITC-BT-52 of the REBT. The residents' association is notified before work starts, and on the visit we plan the cable route.
