What we look after on the top floor
Penthouses in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta get the afternoon sun and build up heat in summer under a poorly insulated roof. Where the lift does not reach the top floor, we carry insulation and glazing up in stages and protect the staircase.
To beat the heat in areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni, we combine insulation under the roof, thermally broken window frames and solar-control glass. We also fit fixings for an awning or pergola where the sun hits hardest.
We protect the lift, stairs and landings throughout the work and leave both the penthouse and the shared areas clean at the end. We also renovate penthouses in the surrounding areas: L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Esplugues de Llobregat and Sant Cugat del Vallès.
