From the roof down to the last drop
In areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta, early 20th-century blocks stand alongside 1960s–70s buildings and offices with curtain walls. Before quoting we check the roof anchors, the height and the type of glass, because old glass is not treated the same as glass with a solar control coating.
For glazing in areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni we use water with neutral soap, a washer and a rubber squeegee, with no abrasives that could scratch low-e or solar control coatings. We also clean frames, profiles and sills, where most of the dirt builds up.

02Can we arrange regular cleaning?
Yes. We agree the frequency with you depending on the location and how quickly dirt builds up, and set it out in the quote so you do not need to ask each time.
03Do residents need to be at home?
No. We work from outside, suspended from the roof, so there is no need to enter the flats. We only ask for windows in the area we are working on to stay closed.
04What about cement or paint splashes?
We remove them with scrapers and glass-specific products, taking care not to scratch the glass. If a mark cannot be removed without damaging it, we tell you beforehand.
