Utility rooms, bathrooms and garages: the heater in the right place
In buildings in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta, space in galleries and lofts is tight and stairs are narrow. We suggest slim or horizontal heaters where needed, and bring the new unit up and the old one down within the hours set by the residents' association.
A full 80-litre heater weighs around 100 kilos, so in areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni we check the wall before drilling. Solid brick takes good wall plugs; hollow partitions need chemical anchors or a stand that carries the weight to the floor.

02What size of water heater do I need?

03Can the water heater go somewhere else?
Yes, if there is a wall that can take the weight, a water supply and a drain for the safety valve. If water or a new electrical line needs to be brought in, we include it in the quote.
04Can I replace a gas water heater with an electric one?
Yes. We remove the gas heater and prepare the water and electrical connections for the new one. First we check that your contracted power is sufficient.
