What decides which screen to fit
In flats in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta older wall tiles often crack when drilled. We use a diamond bit at low speed and fixings suited to the wall, and take the old screen out in pieces to get it down narrow stairs and through the entrance.
In areas such as La Dreta de l'Eixample, L'Antiga Esquerra de l'Eixample and Sant Antoni we often find old, blackened silicone around the tray. We remove it completely, clean with solvent and run new sanitary silicone along the outside of the profile, leaving the inner drainage clear.
