Split units in flats and houses: what we consider locally
In early 20th-century and 1960s–70s buildings in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta, stairs and lifts tend to be narrow. We carry the units up with care, protect the entrance hall and work within the hours set by the residents' association.
