In 1960s and 70s buildings in areas such as El Raval, El Barri Gòtic and La Barceloneta, stairs and lifts are narrow for carrying up the cylinder and the heat pump. We plan the access, protect shared areas and work within the hours set by the residents' association.

02Will my current radiators work with a heat pump?
It depends on their size and on the insulation. A heat pump runs at a lower temperature than a boiler, so at the visit we check whether the radiators give enough heat or some should be replaced.
03Can a heat pump be installed in a flat?
Yes, if there is a terrace, a large balcony or a roof for the outdoor unit and room for the hot water cylinder. We assess it at the visit.
04What happens to the old boiler?
We disconnect and remove it, and leave the water connections ready for the new system.
