Fitting a kitchen in Sarrià-Sant Gervasi: what we check first
In areas such as Sarrià and Les Tres Torres a narrow 1960s or 70s kitchen with a floor sloping towards the utility gallery is common. We level the base units on adjustable legs and spread the difference so the worktop runs true; cardboard goes out within the building's hours.
On kitchens we fit in areas such as Sant Gervasi - Galvany, Sant Gervasi - la Bonanova and El Putxet i el Farró we start with a laser level line at base-unit height and another for the wall units. The tall unit or corner goes in first to set the position of the rest, and units are joined together before being fixed.
More than 20 years fitting kitchens means we spot problems on the visit; the quote comes in writing and a site manager coordinates fitter, plumber and electrician. We also cover nearby areas: Les Corts, Gràcia and Horta-Guinardó.
