What we check before hanging a vanity unit
In areas such as Sants, Sants - Badal and Hostafrancs, many 1960s and 70s bathrooms have the water supply and waste at heights that do not match today's furniture. We adapt them without stripping all the tiles and bring the unit up packed, keeping to the residents' association's hours.
For homes in areas such as La Bordeta and La Font de la Guatlla we hang the mirror, cabinet and tall unit in line with the vanity, at a comfortable height for whoever uses them. If they are lit, we connect them to a point that respects the bathroom safety zones set out in the REBT.
A site manager coordinates the fitter, plumber and electrician when needed, and the bathroom is left ready to use. First comes the visit and a written quote. We also cover nearby areas such as Eixample, Les Corts and Ciutat Vella.

Frequently asked questions
01Bathroom furniture installation in Sants-Montjuïc: which areas do you cover?
We work in Sants-Montjuïc in areas such as Sants, Sants - Badal, Hostafrancs, La Bordeta, La Font de la Guatlla, El Poble-sec, La Marina de Port and La Marina del Prat Vermell, and also nearby: Eixample, Les Corts and Ciutat Vella.
02Will you fit furniture bought elsewhere?
Yes. We fit the unit you have chosen and, if you send us the model beforehand, we check it works with the water and waste outlets.
03Wall-hung or floor-standing?
Wall-hung keeps the floor clear and feels more spacious, but needs a solid wall. With weak partitions it is wiser to reinforce or pick a unit on legs.
04Can a socket go next to the mirror?
Yes, provided it respects the bathroom safety zones set by the REBT and has the right protection. We assess it on the visit.
